Take what the OL gives u, understanding high hands, low hands, or no hands!
Good point AD made about low hands vs high hands!

Keys to defeating the double team
1. Attack your target
2. Make them work on different levels.
3. Anchor down with your back foot.
4. Fight pressure with pressure
Will it work, yes as a 280 lbs nose guard I couldn’t be move in the NFL!
Why DEM BOYS play the run better than the rest? It’s how we train…power, quickness, and explosive hands = block destruction.
The first set was
25lb med ball for 10 reps
18lbs med ball for 8 reps
Free for 15 reps
Young DL don’t need to focus on pass rushing as much as working on a functional stance and playing the run.
Ask most college freshmen DL what keep them off the field as freshmen…not capable of playing the run! Not is said Tank! Got more work to do with some of the kids though.
It’s the stepping over the bag part I’m not a fan of! It creates bad habits with that super long step. Got to get that first step down in the ground, can’t do that if you’re in the air! Other then that banging drill!
It’s essential for D-Linemen to develop an explosive 1st step and generate power off the line of scrimmage
Here’s a drill to develop that Power Step!
#CityBoyz
#UWGDL
HS DL schools coaches stop trying to teach incoming freshmen how to pass rush like Aaron Donald! The drills most of these trainers post is tailored for pro guys! Those kids only need 2 or 3 pass rush move tops. Mainly focus on run downs and play action pass rushes!
YOU DONT NEED TO TAKE A KNEE ON A DOUBLE TEAM!
I can promise u this u…tee off on your
key guy and THEY WILL be on different levels.
FLAT BACK, FLAT UP FOOT, BASE = SHOULDER WEIGHT + 1.
NEW DRILL ALERT.
Now I can take credit for this drill! I used to do it but with a sprint at the end. My NFL Frat bruh have his guys go into a broad jump. So I had to steal it!
Paired with my coming out the hips drills…this is pure genius, my boy.
@jvonneparker
Development of a block destruction, hip firing, heavy/power/fast handed, gap controlling DL.
In the video I give the WHY to not tilt on a run down! DROPPING STRAIGHT 💎!
Young DL coaches always research what drills u see and it doesn’t matter who it comes from. Hate me all u want but I can’t let y’all be misguided!
This is nothing but hopping around a abject, the stiffest hip DL can look a pro doing this drill! It shows or does NOTHING!
🔥When flipping you hips, stay tight to the fight so the blocker can’t reset his hands and stop your rush.
Here’s a drill to practice this by replacing the front foot with the back foot and accelerating to the QB.
TIPS FOR FIGHTING THE DOULE TEAM.
It’s a simple fix that would help stop your guys from taking a knee! Square up, I know a lot of coaches want their inside guys tilted!
Tilting only works if your inside guys is over 3 bills! Speaking from personal experience...ATTACK!!
Inside guys back off the ball on pass rush downs, don’t let anyone tell u different! It will allow u to take a full step or 2. It will also allow u to see what kind of set and hands the OL is giving.
Probably one of the best to play DT, Sapp was my favorite but man this dude is super freakish!
College coach better find u a DT that’s 6’0 with loooong arms and that’s twitchy!
DOUBLE TEAM
Hard to work this block without full pads, but we made it do what it do.
There is no need to take a knee, get knock back on the key target. Once they are on separate levels it’s a done deal!
The old anchor tech
Drill and game
Trainers...can we all get along?! Can we let go of our egos?! HS coaches can u trust us with your boys? Trainers can we make it about the kids?! Can we all pray The Lord’s Prayer over our boys? Trainers AND HS coaches use your platform to help young save souls!
2025, 6’3 255lbs Denton Guyer
Moved from Nigeria back in October, & never played football prior to move over here.
He finally understand that he will not play like Aaron Donald! Denton Guyer and TEP’s up and coming 4/5 ⭐️ DL…I’m calling it!
@XUkponu
@mike_gallegos16
April 2nd for 8wks you’ll have a chance to build on your craft! Anyone can train pass rushers, thanks to the Internet.
This run game thing, leave that for the guys that got stripes and bodies in those trenches! Offers ain’t coming off just 👕 1 on 1’s, ask any college coach!
I’m super excited for this one…my new 2025 6’6, 240lbs DE just moved from England. Footwork is better than anyone I ever had, super Quick and fast hands & great balance! 😳😂
U name me one level of DL coaches that doesn’t work run! Working run is universal. I’m going to come out with an album and call it Play The Run Album. Man that Album will sell millions!
Movie quote - The Wood
(the revised Blood Stacy line)
College session tomorrow 12:30
I can promise you that if u tee off on a OL like this he wouldn’t stand a chance!
I don’t care how big and strong he is, my dad always said it’s physics! Hit a bigger target before it gets moving…done deal!
Some moves work best attacking from 90 as well as 45. This move can be done at 90 but the chances are greater at 45!
Reducing the pad level would force the OL to bring his hands in a upper cut fashion ( from the hips). Give him nothing to strike.
Great recovery though.
BLOCK DESTRUCTIONS
One can fake finesse the mess out of training pass rushing! But the run BABA let me tell u, finesse it all u want and get your guys embarrassed!
On another note stop training DT’s to long arm their game is to…..nevermind!
These 2 guys did it really well…development! Control the L.O.S. don’t become a one trick pony!
We back it Sunday at 3pm. Zone blocks/hand placement/cut blocks on the menu!

A couple of my HS boys told me their coaches always ask them about a move they see us working on, but yet they don’t follow me!
Just reach out and ask me, I’ll be more then happy to go over what I teach! I’ll give you my why, what, & when’s for free...No ego here!!!
What’s functional drills…drills that mimics REAL GAME movements. My guys understand that not a camp drills are functional drills…movements that would get u killed trying to do in a game!
This is why this dude is one of the best DL coaches on any level…he gets it.
@LetsGo_Bo5
The one of the way I teach pass rushing from a nose at a showcase or camp setting.
My guys understand distance is everything, that we don’t want to work across the center’s face. You get into him with good pad level and active hands.
🗣🔊HIGH SCHOOL DL LISTEN UP
If u can’t do either of these things as a DT or DE against the run YOU will not play big time ball!
Most college coach would agree, they want a all down total package DL!
Tank Elite Performance (4⭐️ University) home of the all down DL!
Got a call at 12:46am from one of my kids saying he was in a car accident! He then sent me these pics saying he only received a few scratches!
I pray over my boys after every session, I asked The Lord to cover them with The Blood of Christ! HE did just that…GLORY BE!
OLD AD 2STEP/JUST A TORSO TURN
I use to call this footwork A.D. 2 Step to make it stick with younger guys.
Other than bending and a euro step, mostly all your pass rush moves will require this footwork! Even exiting off a power rush.
We going to work run until the cows come home! 4-3, 3-4, 3-3, 4i, 3, 0, shade, 5 even 7 they will have a understanding on how to play across the board in any front!
Big Pop was about his work today!

@TheOpening
Most of these 1 on 1’s by the DL has been horrible! Like son u have sell
Speed before u take it into power.
Also DE’s stop coming out the stance stuttering your steps. I can tell what college DL coaches be on that pass rush development! But again we can’t win them all!!
Everyone got 1% better today! Heck of a joint session with my NFL fraternity brother!
Skills, 1 on 1’s, half-line work & capped off with a prayer covering the boys with The🩸 of Christ!
@Dwilla_TMA
RUN DOWN 101 HAND PLACEMENT DT
1st pic - base block
2nd pic - outside zone/reach block
3rd pic - inside zone
Inside zone hand placement for DT’s will be different than DE’S.
COLLEGE COACHES
Get over to Argyle, they have a kid that moved down from St. Louis…2025 6’3, 270lbs. Kids is going to be special, love what I see with him in training!
Coming out the hips with good pad level and POWER!
@X_Trotter
@CoachRudolph
TRUE STORY
I told countless coaches about this kid coming out of high school! He looks short, not big enough is what I got! I watched him dominated a P5 center and 2 guards all night! One of the most dominant DT’s I ever trained for his size! Watch my dude get off!

3rd video - NFL player
These kids getting NFL knowledge at a young age! I wish I had access to trainers growing up! The only thing I had was the YMCA!
Had a college coach say last night, “you post more run stuff than u do pass rush!”
That’s right coach, it’s a major need for it. A lot of trainers don’t like to teach it because it’s time consuming. Hard to teach if u never done it.

WHEN U HAVE A BOSS HOG AT NOSE!
I’m not a fan of having both feet off the ground, BUT if u have studs that weigh 300 plus u can get away with it!
The 2nd video is a great stance for a true 2 gap nose! Mirror technique, delayed get off!
#makeplayingtheruncoolagain
DT’S WATCH THAT TRAIL LEG
Blow up the field if u want to, don’t squeeze or stay tight to that down blocker if u dare! This is one of the reasons I like my DT’s squared and not tilted!
Coaches make sure u rep this in Indy if it fits your scheme!

Pad level was perfect, he over exaggerated the chop by touching the ground then ripping up! GREAT BODY LEAN he perfected this move! Young DL, this is how it’s done!
@malekecheffin
🔥When facing an aggressive opponent, side scissors is a great move to use to neutralize his punch.
Here’s a progression from
@CoachBTJordan
to practice this simple yet effective move.
There are 2 different types of get offs, gaining ground and phantom/6 inch power steps!
On P.D. we want the Jamaican Track Team get off!
The O.G. 3 point stance was everything, they say great minds think alike or train alike.

One of the best pass rushes I seen on Twitter...PERIOD! Get off☑️hand action☑️CROSS CHOP☑️. Footwork/timing/hand play is everything! This deserves 100 retweets and 500 likes...that’s real! DEM TEP BOYZ! There we go
I talk to plenty college coaches about kids! If they offer I’ll never go on Social Media saying I’m the reason they got the offer! That’s disrespectful to the HS coach and college coach if u ask me!
U won’t catch us doing hand drills standing in place, hopping side to side, false stepping or staying down the middle hitting unrealistic hands thrown at us in a hugging fashion.
One of the many simple ways to work hands in a realistic way! If it make plays, it makes since!
I don’t have no big time recruiter guy behind me, no 20k followers, no DLineVid showing love but my numbers speak for its self! As long as colleges coaches show love and my boyz keep getting these offers I’m winning! My training videos speaks for itself!
Sacks isn’t the the only thing that’s been evaluated when college coaches is checking for DL! You win 95% of your 1 on 1’s at showcases, put on Friday nights u struggle getting off blocks on the run game. DON’T BE......a Tee 👕 All American.
INSIDE ZONE CUT DRILL
* LOOSE 3TECHS & 4I’S
If they can’t scoop u, they will try to cut u! 4i’s this should be a easy block for u! Train for every possible scenario! Good job by William!
@WilliamAdegben5
🚨 A TEP ORIGINAL 9045 REACTION!
90:Fox = speed
45:Hound = inside counter
U always have to keep training fresh and fun while working on moves you can perform on game day. Some of the guys nailed it, they other we’ll keep working it!
I’m convinced that out of all the position trainers some WR trainers be doing the most unrealistic Across the Spider-Verse, multi-verse drills I’ve ever seen!
They’re not going to put hands on us, we’ll invite them to put hands on us, It’s be the last time THEY’LL want to put hands on us!
I developed this moves years back! At TEP we work misdirections, angles, arm bars/traps/breaking points/pressure points!
@tylerb551
@DLineVids
Had a convo yesterday with one of my boys that’s a DL coach at a P5. His words, “I want a guys that can be a 40 - 50 plays a game guy!”
BLOCK DESTRUCTION, Block recognition, hand placement, pad level etc…proven methods!
They only time this would work in a game is when you’re fitted with a OL and snatch his outside should down!
But on a none fitted rush it ain’t happening! I may become unpopular with my opinion! But it is what it is…2 tears in a bucket (u know the rest)!
DL CAMPERS LISTEN UP
If u go to these mega camps, win all your 1 on 1’s in baller fashion and don’t walk out with a offer! THAT MEANS your hudl doesn’t hold up to college offer standards!
Bottom line, your tail better learn to play the run! It’s more to it then just pass r.
This is about the 3rd camp a different kid came back and said they only got 2 reps in 1 on 1’s! Y’all running to these camps chasing offers!
Better start preparing for Friday Night Lights, THAT is how really offers are made! MESSAGE…get that run down on lock!
HS DL coaches if u want your DE’s to have success put them in a tilted wide 5! Even on run downs trust and believe they will have success. It’s called funneling everything inside…they’ll see everything to, away, pass, run, traps, zones! EVEN in a 3-4 just not as wide.
DL LISTEN UP
After 2 mega camps and 1 regular camp if u walk out without any offers, SHUT IT DOWN! Find out from those coaches what u need to work on, get back in the lab, have a strong football season and have at it again next camp season!
BOTTOM LINE no one will listen 😆!
