Hermione kept her gaze on him for a moment, but just leant back in and kissed him again softly. She kept her hands resting against his chest, as she lightly let her fingers trail over in circles as they kissed.
Richard used that hand now that Hermioneโs body was flush against his, lifting it to gently cup his open palm on he cheek. He hesitated, not because he was unsure, but because he wanted to respect Hermione if she decided to pull away.
