Hot take: 300 Power to unlock Tier 3s is a totally reasonable place to aim for, at least for weapons. Any gains beyond that are marginal. If you're losing your mind over the grind past that, don't do it. (if you like the grind, go nuts). (pic is clanmate's, I'm only 340 PL)
