It will replicate solar panels on a roof, but is located on a "mock roof" on the ground for safety. The students have already been busy with the project (pictured below).

The grant, from All Points North Foundation, is a partnership with Ted. and the vocational-technical school. Principal Wood applied for the grant so vocational-technical students can learn about, build, and utilize solar power right at the high school!.
