I’m not making light of a serious situation, but can we all agree the “Michigan Man” concept is now a farce? It officially died with the cheating scandal, & it should’ve died when we found out about Bo & Robert Anderson. If you’re using that phrase in 2025, you’re in a cult.

I’ve long been a supporter of Kent’s candidacy & even I’m perplexed by this. Even more perplexed that Murphy & Mattingly got less votes than Delgado. And yes… It feels like Bonds & Clemens m are being sandbagged. My guess is the Vets Committee gets tweaked again soon.

Oh no, what will Notre Dame do without the major platform that the Pop Tarts Bowl gives? This is so stupid.
I think this is incredibly lame. I get it, you're upset. Fine. But this would be a major platform for the school, program and a way for this particular team to be together one more time. Nothing says football economics like this.

The committee did the right thing putting Miami in; the consequences of leaving them out in favor of Notre Dame could’ve been catastrophic. Still, I won’t blame the Irish for being perturbed since the committee stupidly ranked them ahead of the Canes for so many weeks.

The last time Duke won a conference championship in football, Steve Spurrier was the head coach (& they shared the title with Virginia). Good to the Blue Devils, though the committee better leave them out of the playoff in favor of James Madison.
