It is important to pause sometimes and ask, “What do I have gratitude for”. You will find that the good experiences you have with your kids are one of the big things you have to feel thankful for. When you feel thankful, you will want to experience those moments more often.

Day 4 of Children’s Mental Health Awareness Week. Thankful Thursday. Today, I’m thankful for getting a big hug from my loving dog, Sushi. Everyday notice the little things you’re thankful for. @TCDSB #TCDSBMHW2020 @escobac @ginvin25 @mariapeixototc1 #TCDSBStopTheStigma
Thankful Thursday: Did you know? When we practice gratitude, we have higher levels of optimism and decreased negative feelings. Try starting a gratitude jar to consider what you're thankful for on a daily basis - and invite your family to participate too! #TCDSBMHW2020
