But if Powell probably says he'll cut in the next meeting and he's dovish, there's a chance of a lil pump. But if he says he ain't cutting and he's hawkish, then the market will nuke. If he cuts interest rates, that's bullish, of course.

There is not much movement in the market because everyone is waiting for FOMC to drop. Both Gold, EU, and BTC have been ranging. August FOMC is usually very important because it determines the remainder of the year. So if Powell does not do anything, no serious pump.

Truth is:. A level remains valid on HTF until a clean close above/below it. Price retests "unfresh" zones all the time because liquidity pools don’t vanish just because you’re bored of the line. Structure > purity.
