I don't want my water company to provide good returns for overseas investors, I want them to provide a decent service for their customers.

Thames Water have recently been refusing to install devices that could prevent sewage flooding, according to residents affected last time

Especially after the huge floods last year which took out basement flats in the same area. @thameswater. What are you doing about this?! I had a survey done at my flat a few months back but no follow up. It’s a disgrace
