The return policy of @SwiggyInstamart or @Swiggy is super shit. I bought a soundbar (usually from @amazonIN but for interest of time), and it turned out to be of inferior sound quality. I chatted w/ Customer Care within a few min of delivery, they say they cannot take it back 1/2

Terrible experience with @lufthansa from MUC to BLR. From the crew pouring an entire bottle of Sprite on my co-travellers, meals ending up with no ‘options’ when served to us, and Lufthansa missing to load luggage in the flight. First class service, for sure! @Lufthansa_India
