In our last session of Day 1, our panellists spoke about how NDC took much longer than anybody thought. Most said it would take 5 years but it took 15. They said the reason for this was due to the lack of collaboration but with OOSD, we are in a much better place on that front.

Offer/Order is a better way to retail but that doesn’t make it easier to serve. If you're going to offer up hotels, cars, tours etc then you have to ensure that if something in that supply chain goes wrong, the entire journey is updated to ensure customer satisfaction #T2RLEngage
