Last week I fell through the last round of a tier 1 management position due to region issues, 2 projects fell through and heart imploded. This week, got approved for my new apartment, have 2 replacement esports projects and hit a running PR. Just gotta let it flow sometimes.

Could be interesting to see a Reload-esque event happen before SI for each region, but for non-SI-Qualed teams and top half of CL (if it exists). SI and Majors are often plagued with teams not scrimming, forcing certain regions into sub-optimal practice. Ensures all SI.

Out of CL playoffs. Worst day for a disconnect, seeing mistakes we ironed out weeks ago creep back in. Tweet later about my future, but I'm proud of the M80X boys. 6 months of swapping to console w/o structure, they kept an identity and scaled faster than most T2 teams.

1-2 Lower Semi next week. Lose to out of game player discipline issues map 1 on a swift 2-0. We prepped exceptionally, played well, just for individual discipline to cut our baseline. Second time the admin RH decision goes against the rulebook, but won the round regardless.

Regardless, had a much needed upgrade to the team in the past two weeks. Player synergy is looking 10x better. Not out of the woods yet, but a good step in the right direction. The boys played well, even with a few trolled ATKs on map 2.

Nothing prouder than seeing Merc call out the boys for the exact same things Poj and I called him out for. 99% of players you work with, you won't see how they grow once they leave you. The maturity and reflection is there.
