The U.S. set world records in the mixed 4x100 free relay and women's 4x100 medley this week. Kate Douglass and Torri Huske featured on both, with Huske swimming anchor both times. Huske started her meet forced to withdraw from the 100 fly due to illness.

The women's 800 free lived up to the hype!!. Ledecky broke her CR from 2015 to win. Pallister split 29.11 on the last 50 for 🥈, passing McIntosh who gets 🥉. Pallister is the 3rd woman under 8:10 (8:05.98). And oh yeah, Quadarella broke a supersuit ER for 4th (8:12.81) 🤯🤯🤯.
