Your father was one of the best and I am grateful to have known him.
My dad dedicated his life to Virginia. A courageous public servant who fought for the rights of every single Virginian his entire career, across every branch of government. I’m deeply moved to see his life of service recognized with this honor.

Henry Marsh was a larger than life figure. I first met him when I was a legislative aide in Richmond, and like he was to so many, he became a mentor, a confidant, and a friend.
