Voting is now over in the Labour Deputy Leadership election, we think Lucy Powell has won the membership section. Final data with @LabourList shows Powell on 58% of the vote to 42% for Phillipson, with a 5.6% statistical margin of error (other sources of error exist!).

The legislation is also thinking about fining individuals £100 for ignoring formal warnings to stop. There are concerns this isn't fair, but the majority of the public do not seem to have an issue - 57% said fining persistent offenders £100 isn't harsh.
