We stopped this vehicle in Guildford due to Intel the driver was under the influence. Once stopped the driver gave an alcohol reading of 7ug/l, a positive DrugWipe for cannabis aswell as having a revoked licence and no insurance. Vehicle seized and returned to Motorbility #Fatal5
