First quarter crime stats are now online. We saw a decrease in violent crime in Q1 2024 (-3%), and overall property crime was down 13%. You can sign up to receive crime stats/maps via email or see an overview of our stats/calls for service here:
Surrey RCMP welcomes the 2nd annual motorcycle skills challenge on May 26, 2024, 9am to 3pm at Kwantlen Polytechnic University (12666 72 Avenue) in the parking lot. 🏍️

Surrey RCMP & Surrey Fire Services are investigating the cause of a fatal fire at a residence in the 5700-block of 128 Street on May 12. One man was located deceased inside the home. The fire is not believed to be suspicious at this point. News Release:
Surrey RCMP is investigating a shots fired incident targetting a vehicle and residence in the 7300-block of 130 St on the evening of May 12. No injuries were reported. This appears to have been a targeted and isolated incident.
