As fast as education is changing, its not keeping up with the workforce needs as our students today will need many more skills to be successful. Future workforce needs are not even realized or created. Districts are facing incredible staffing/PD challenges & need new options.

So proud of our youngest daughter who this week became an Elem teacher (ESE). She continues the family legacy as a 3rd gen educator. Tchr, Dr, & 2 lawyers. We’re so proud as they earned everything on their own & are all public school grads. Congrats Bug & you’ll be amazing
