It’s great news that Alex Murdaugh has been granted a stay in his appeal & the court ordered an evidentiary hearing on the outrageous jury tampering. Going forward, regardless of what Judge Newman tries to do, if he refuses to grant a new trial he'll be overturned on appeal.
