Week 1 down. I can say that giving up dairy, wheat, and sugar for 30 days is the most challenging thing I’ve ever done! Absolutely nothing is convenient about it. Lol however, I’m excited for the outcome. It’s not for physical looks but working to better internal health 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
