What is the best way to improve an art style?

I really want to stop drawing. I'm never satisfied with the results of it. Why do I even bother trying if there's so many skilled artists than me. There's no point in continuing it, I'm not as good as them. I hate my art. I hate failing over and over with practice. It's not fair.
