I don't live in Nigeria but I practice this. I take a walk around my neighborhood and somehow feel better especially in spring when the flowers bloom and everything is so beautiful.

I went out yesterday and I love how everywhere I looked there was someone holding a bouquet of flowers purchased in preparation mother's day/mothering sunday today. This is such a big deal in the UK and I love it. Happy mother's day 🌺 😊
