First the Air India representative wasted our time saying that the delay was 40 mins, then 2 hours, then 3 hours - now it’s 7 hours - and having seen the flight tracking, it looks like it will be 9 hours!.

The delay has been caused through “technical issues” FROM 2pm?! They have made 200 passengers wait for 7 hours - are we stupid?! There is a 6 month baby here, so many senior citizens - never seen such a horrible customer service. Especially from the likes of Tata.
