This law needs to be quashed by the #SupremeCourt. In the era of #DNA evidence, such laws can not remain on the statute book!.
Section 112 Evidence Act states that when a child is born while the marriage is subsisting or 280 days within its dissolution, the child is considered the couple's and no evidence to prove otherwise is allowed. The parliament never amended it despite Law commissions'
