A mixed-valent CuIII-O-CuII core forms from a peroxo-dicopper core. This CuIII-O-CuII core exhibits high reactivity towards an aliphatic C-H hydroxylation. In-situ formed water helps in the hydroxylation. @iitroorkee @CenterCatalysis
