We have published a paper about identification of knots in human protein structures predicted by AlphaFold.🥳 .Especially interesting is 6_3 knot in "von Willebrand factor A domain containing 5A", which have not been seen in any protein structure before!.

We’re happy to share our recent article on identification of new CB2 ligands. Novel, selective CB2 antagonists of new chemotypes. An effective in silico screening workflow will aid in future drug design for similar GPCRs.

AlphaKnot is the only web server measuring entanglement of protein structures predicted by AI methods like AlphaFold and RoseTTaFold. With AlphaKnot one can identify knots and validate they quality.
