With an aim to acknowledge the relentless efforts and services of its employees, @iitgn has instituted the ‘Long Service Award’ for the employees who have served the institute for a period of ten years. The maiden award ceremony for this unique initiative was held today morning.

Earlier in the day, the Vice-Chancellor also interacted with girl students of BHU. He sought their views and suggestions over the decision to extend timings of Cyber Library Study Centre, so that girls are also able to use it during late evening and night hours. @MinistryWCD

Discussion was also held on measures to further enhance safety of girls on campus. Other issues of Girls hostels also came up for discussion. The Vice-Chancellor has time & again reiterated that welfare of students & safety of girls is among top priorities of BHU administration.
