Keep watching to the 2nd mag, trust me. Electrically ignited .50cal, fragmenting case printed ammo and electrically locked. Most 3DP guns do not do this

No editing, just a guy in the desert shooting a mag full of 3D printed ammo, out of a 3D printed barrel using electric ignition and an electro-magnetically locked bolt. Everything is DIY, no regulated parts, and materials cost less than $100

6 shots in 9 seconds out of a 3D printed barrel! Added to that, it's the first elecro-magnetically locked, arc ignited gun, and uses 3D printed fragmenting case ammo I designed. Material cost is around $120 dollars, but everything is still DIY

V2 of the Plasma Pump is assembled! For anyone new this is an electrically ignited (no primers!) and solenoid locked rifle designed to shoot my DIY 3D printed ammo. -$80 in materials -Shoots a 220gr .50cal bullet at 900fps -3D printed barrel (~75 shot life) - 7 cents/round

Functions test of the Plasma Pump went great, the future is coming! About the gun: - Shoots DIY electrically ignited caseless .50cal ammo -Holds 12rds in the mag -Almost completely 3D printed -Should hit ~900fps w/ 220gr bullet

Almost done assembling V3. For anyone new, it's an electrically ignited, 3D printed, .50 cal rifle that uses 3D printed disintigrating cases and black powder. The cost of materials on this version is about $90. Meant to be a fun project for when ammo is hard/expensive to find

This finally has everything I want in a gun. Electro-magnetically locked, plasma ignited, caseless .50cal rifle. Being 3D printed isn't even the cool part anymore. Time to find funding to turn it semi-auto, refine, and manufacture metal parts to make it better than an AR

Holy shit my 3D printed ammo managed twice the permanent wound cavity vs. 9mm FMJ (blue lines). The entrance wound is insane from the printed jacket mushrooming out. It captured the bullet spin which means the rifling is working great, and this was only 23gr of black powder

The new steel wool+capacitor priming system has enough power to propel a 3D printed bullet at paintball speeds on its own. I've been shooting shit all day, its a lot like a muzzle loaded parlor pistol

Just pooping out some prior art to keep people from patenting shit. This is an energy harvesting system for an AR-15, should be able to regen over 400 Joules per shot and is intended to power an active barrel cooling system which i'm hoping could reduce weight for future MGs

Got the solenoids mounted to turn this semi-auto. Just need to mess with the portable power supply a bit and it should be ready to test. As far as I know if this works it will be the first electrically actuated semi-auto pistol.

Accuracy test of the BA-50, 1 magazine (7 rounds). Turned out way better than I expected. 7/7 rounds fired and 7/7 bullets left the barrel. Accurate enough to hit an apple at ~20 feet reliably. Some cycling issues that should be fixed with cleaning and lube

Some recent testing of the BA-50. The only problem was the top empty cartridge popping out from the recoil since I did a lot to reduce friction for the solenoid testing. I think I can fix that by shooting with a non-crippled arm or roughing up the top lip with sandpaper
