Pleasure to receive MA students in security management #RPCA🇹🇭. Love our conversations- so refreshing!
Security management master's students visited us today to learn how @UNODC addresses transnational organized crime in #SEAsia & leadership in action. “Creating opportunities for students to learn from UNODC’s work — inspiring them to think, explore, and act for positive change.”

The global cocaine market continues to break its own records — and not in a good way. UNODC’s new #WorldDrugReport shows surging production, trafficking & use of cocaine but also of fentanyl, nitazines & meth. As profits grow, so does the power of organized crime. ⬇️

Strong borders need strong women leaders. 20 customs officers from🇰🇭🇱🇦🇹🇭🇻🇳came together for PCCP’s leadership training — comparing experiences, building skills, strengthening network and discussing border strategies for the region. Grateful to @AusBorderForce 🇦🇺 for the support!
Women #customsofficers are underrepresented in Southeast Asia & the Pacific. They face barriers that hinder them from reaching their full potential. This week, in partnership with @AusBorderForce & @WCO_OMD, we inspired emerging female leaders. When women lead, we all win.

Border liaison officers seized 2.2 tons of meth in Laos in the Golden Triangle, a top drug trafficking hub. This success, made possible with @UNODC training & support of US & Canada, shows how technical assistance & cross-border cooperation can push back against organized crime.

Hearing so many eye-opening stories from women in law enforcement and realized we never thank them enough for carrying our safety at the expense of theirs. Happy International Women's Day to all women who, against all odds, still persist. ✊🏼 #IWD2025

For two decades, Police Colonel Knourn has woken up at 7 a.m.—on the good days at least. In this story, we follow the routine of this border officer in #Cambodia and hear about the time he managed to dismantle a drug trafficking network: https://t.co/DRDYOJrrqM
