Total time taken for me to get to the store and come back home is less than 15 minutes. How is your delivery agent taking more than an hour. And on what basis you give customers 30 minutes delivery guarantee. And when you don’t do it you give a wallet refund of 300 for 598 order

@dominos_india at 7.50pm an hour past my order time I walk-in to your store and check on my order, they say the order went for delivery way before. I get back home which is 600 meter. I find the delivery person on the way. Get my cold soggy pizza. The package was torn.

@dominos_india they assure me that it’ll be delivered fresh and hot. They never give me any information to store contact number, delivery agent name or number. Or give a commitment on delivery time.
