I recently tweeted about a big mental challenge I overcome. I was proud of hitting the cold plunge right after the hot sauna. Now I realized that was nothing. Taking 3 small children to Disney in the blazing 100 degree heat is the real accomplishment!. AND I kept them all alive!

I’m moving toward buying another business. After meeting with the seller, one thing stood out:. His employee retention is incredible, especially for this industry. That tells me everything I need to know about him. THIS is the kind of owner I want to buy from.

Guys,. Please,. Don’t do a bunch of home repairs,. Or remodel your bathroom,. Or build your new dream home,. and pay for it out of the business…. That’s called misappropriation. The IRS has a name for it, too: tax fraud.

185 degree sauna for 20 minutes. Followed by. 50 degree cold plunge for 3 minutes. Surrounding by kids poking you & asking you 74 questions while you struggle to breathe. Definitely one of the most intense and mentally challenging things I’ve done!. BUT I WANT TO GROW SO LETS GO!
