Hello otipy, my area is showing UNSERVICEABLE in app. I have raised complaints multiple time to refund my wallet amount but no response from otipy. @Otipyfresh

@CNBCTV18News @fssaiindia @TimsyJaipuria Otipy stopped serving my area after I topped up Rs 2000. I complained twice on 26 & 28 May. Received no callback or refund.

Dear @RBI , Otipy @Otipyfresh a company which operates it's application for food, fruit delivery and also operates a PPI wallet has closed without any prior notice to its customers. Several customers have wallet balance amounting to 4 digits. It is requested that you take action
