Great to see Paul @MichaelRPeters1 also up there espousing the benefits of installation. He made some great points relating to how "some" manufacturers go to market, undercutting their own retail partners. How on earth does that practice balance with the benefits of showrooms?

Great to see Tim @mossofbath on stage @ERTonline sharing their transition as a retailer celebrating 60 years, to a leading installer with retail shop. We were also retailers at the time and I sold the same Philips Plasma TVs that helped transform their business towards install.
