Today has been an emotional rollercoaster. Reaching the silver level of such a prestigious award os something that was beyond my wildest dreams. To say I’m proud is an understatement. #ThankATeacher @TeachingAwards

Story of my life this one! I remember a HT I worked for (and ‘for’ is the correct word for this situation) telling me I was being given an informal performance management target to ‘control my face’. Needless to say, I didn’t pass that one… I left instead 😂.
