It’s always a pleasure to race in Wales for @BeicioCymru Welsh Championships. Titles nos 15 & 16 (#XCO #XCC) in the locker with a rare trip out on the MTB. Luckily Aelwen has the talent to switch between codes & still perform very well.

National Championships. 12/17 in the 4KM IP at elite/senior level (9/17 fastest in the last K!). Really encouraging considering never having ridden this event before. Great job pacing strategy by @BeicioCymru coach, Rob Partridge. Onwards…

Great way to start your first ever UCI road race with a hard fought 10th place. Teammate, and felllow @BeicioCymru Pathway Jr, Mabs, in a superb 9th.

Finally worked out how to insert photo of title no.5 into the previous four. Sadly no National Trophy this year. Instead it’s head down and hard graft this winter in readiness for the spring.
