What identity. Motherwell manager has had less time with his team and their style looked more cohesive. Last year with clement, got his pre season said we would see change. We never. Played Birmingham under Davies who was in 6 weeks & 28 new players they showed it can happen.

For me all he’s doing is over complicating with this “style” of football so on the rare times it comes off he can praise himself. All we want and need is the ball moved forward quickly into the attacking players who create and score. Not Souttar trying to play through a back 10.

Spending millions on wingers/midfielders when we can’t even get them involved in any attacking movement cause we have big stupid Souttar sitting 10 yards into their half playing 1-2s with rothwell and djiga. Don’t see our own players enjoying this style, they must be bored.

Seen someone tweet stats last night saying Souttar/Djiga making 80+ passes each, Rothwell 70+. Diomade/Cameron made less than 30 each. It’s far too slow and boring, easy for oppositions to play against defensively and to counter against as dundee and Motherwell have shown.
