Our Nuclear and Quality Services Director, Michael Russell, recently attended the Nuclear Energy Assembly 2024 held by the @NEI, where he had the opportunity to explore the latest advancements and trends in nuclear energy!

Our team had a fantastic experience at the @ETEC_tn NOW Conference, engaging with leaders and experts across nuclear fission and fusion energy, national security, radioisotope production, environmental management, nuclear policy and regulations, and workforce development.

Congratulations to our incredible college students on successfully completing their summer internships! We are so grateful for all their hard work and dedication over the past few months. Kudos to these bright minds for their exceptional work!

Great progress rerouting utilities outside of Y-12’s Alpha-2 facility. Workers are installing piping along Second Street that will carry new plant & instrument air, argon, & nitrogen gases to facilities west of Alpha-2. We plan to demo Alpha-2 this fall. #EnvironmentalCleanup

Last week, Strata-G and @UCOR_TN joined forces for a rewarding Clinch River Habitat for Humanity Build, led by our Nuclear and Quality Services Director, Michael Russell. Our team collaborated to construct several interior walls and window frames for a home in Harriman, TN!

We had a blast at the 2024 Summer Celebration hosted by RiverView Family Farm, all for a fantastic cause! Strata-G supports Foothills Land Conservancy (FLC), a nonprofit dedicated to preserving and enhancing the beautiful landscapes of the Southern Appalachian region since 1985.

Last week, we had the pleasure of hosting Ray Smith, Strata-G employee and Manhattan Project Historian, as he shared a captivating overview of Oak Ridge, TN's rich history with our incoming summer interns!
