@SAWeatherServic this confuses me, please can you explain? Why isn't it #Warning Level 4,5,6 (increasing likelihood of the same impact - same descriptive text of the impact for land-based warnings) instead of 2,4,6 (high-low-high) for the same impact? #TropicalStorm #Filipo #SAWS
