Lately we’ve messed around with the Vulkan WSI layer (huge hacks needed). Citron (Yuzu) and Lime3DS work pretty stably on Wayland now with Mutter compositor on arm64. No jittery frames or anything like that. Mali GPU compatibility just seems bad for switch emulation, though.

What a beautiful port this is. Combined with the 3DS textures/model mods from Djipi and it’s probably the best way to enjoy one of the best games of all time! Compiled it from source yesterday and wish I had done it earlier 😎

Exciting to see Wii U get this good on Android! Excited to see what the team can do in 2025 for ARM emulation, and hopefully proper JIT64 support for Linux too 😎

Working on a couple more units for some friends/devs…!. Also Digikey sent me 50 pico flex cables instead of 5. So I guess I never need to buy those again lol

What a great experience! The museum was great. Trip down memory lane for sure. Highly recommend it in Uji, Kyoto.

It’s always a happy day when PCBs arrive! We’re still working on ROCKNIX for the RetrOLED CM5. Few bug fixes more and should be listed on our GitHub page!
