⬩ During the posting period, it's required that your account is not private, so that you can be tagged and share your gift. ✒ For fanfictions, you can upload your work on AO3 and link it via tweet. A collection will also be created on AO3.

⬩ The deadline and posting period is December 25th - 31th. Remember to tag your giftee so they can get their gift! ⬩ Please tag also our profile, so we can retweet all your beautiful gifts! 🎁

⬩ If nothing is sent to us or we do not receive any feedback from someone by this time, they will be considered withdrawn from the event and their Secret Santa will be reassigned (based on requests).

⬩ No participant should be left without a gift, so an email to check the completion status of the work will be required by and no later than December 15th.

⬩ If you are not considered suitable, or if we have any questions, you will be contacted as soon as possible. Otherwise, you will directly receive your assignment starting November 3rd.

⬩ To ensure that everyone receives a gift in line with the standard requested, we will view the profiles of the participants to verify that this type of work has already been done previously.

✏ For artists the ONLY requiriment is the art to be full colored (not a sketch). ✒ For writers the ONLY requiriment is a work of at least 1500 words. ⬩ AI using and tracing is forbidden and it will result in a permanent ban from the event.

⬩ The event takes place on Twitter (X) and it's open to artists and writers. ⬩ NSFW is also permitted, so minors cannot participate in the event. ⬩ Applications will be open until October 31st. From November 3rd you will receive the assignment via email.

↓↓ RULES ↓↓ 🎅 This is a Secret Santa event: it consists of giving a gift and receiving one in return from a Secret Santa. The pairings will be decided randomly. No one will know who their Santa is until the day of pubblication. So you have to keep the secret 🤫
