Just cuz a janitor has a messy job doesn't mean they deserve to be paid less. Talk down on em until they go on strike. Those sanitation workers went on strike and had Philly smelling like dumpster island. It'll be shit and sex toys on the arena floor if janitors go on strike.

Perhaps it's an ethics thing. Cuz if it was a major concern, it would've been written up and part of the paperwork that occurs when children are born. It's not. What's the benefit in not testing? Seems like an easy addition to the papers signed. some change management as well.
Never understood why so many ppl oppose this. Normalizing it as a thing @ every birth takes the discomfort out of it. No need for โwe can test if necessaryโ if its always already done. Even w/donors, adoptions, IV, etc, info will be available for the child if they want it later.
