Liz MacWhirter is a published author & poet from the Borders. An Affiliate Lecturer at the University of Glasgow. Performed readings of ‘Blue: a lament for the sea’ were selected by All Borders Blur (Poetry Off the Page), Hidden Door Arts Festival and Yale University GCRE.

Eloise Birtwhistle's poetry has been published in Gutter, SPAM Zine & New Writing Scotland. She won a 2023 New Writers Award & was a Finalist of the 2019 Mslexia & Poetry Book Society Women's Poetry Prize + previous recipient of a St Mungo's Mirrorball Clydebuilt Apprenticeship.

Ruth Aylett lives and works in Edinburgh, has taught and researched AI and Robotics, and has been known to appear at a poetry reading with a robot. She is a published poet and novelist with around 200 poems in magazines, and anthologies, both online and in print.

Robbie MacLeòid is a queer Gaelic writer, musician, & community organiser. His writing has been published in Gutter, New Writing Scotland, & STEALL, and internationally. He holds a PhD in love and gender, & in 2023 he received a Scottish Book Trust's New Writers Award for Poetry.
