Cancelled my @fuboTV subscription today. Dropping @NBCSports and other NBC affiliate channels without notice and with no fix in sight was the deal-breaker. I know I’m far from alone on this one.

Quite upset to be missing another Boston Celtics game tonight @fuboTV Dropping NBC Sports and other NBC affiliate channels without notice is simply atrocious customer service. Going to take more than a $15 credit to save the masses from jumping ship

Ordered a filet "medium" at @HiltonGardenInn Chicago O'Hare restaurant. Came out quite well done. Told bartender who took my order. She said, "Sorry Sir". How's that for a stellar service recovery? #CustomerService 👎
