@StephenPunwasi The entire concept of MZO is banana republic. "Cutting through red tape" isn't supposed to be code for corruption. Oh, wait. The OMB was seen as flawed. Replacing it with concentrated powers seems... worse. Arbitrary power should be tempered by judicial powers, even if quasi-.
