@BestBuy So it’s today and my husband goes back and to sum it up they won’t help all he wants is the correct item once again and that he should get a lawyer….. and he’s still there as I’m at work and can’t help he’s called customer service WTH @BestBuy

So they tell him they have to do an investigation and they will call him which he’s not at fault so why can’t he just get the item he bought in the first place it’s not the customers fault your employees @BestBuy do not check serial numbers for returns or have shady employees

Here’s todays issue my husband went to @BestBuy @BestBuySupport yesterday 10/2 to buy items and build a computer he gets home opening everything up and the game card he opens the box and it’s completely the wrong item he tells me and goes back to Best Buy to see if they can help
