📍 Discussing #labour market in the first session. The 🇩🇰 model thrives on autonomy, collective rights & self-enforcement, but when 🇪🇺 labour law becomes too detailed it limits room for manoeuvre for social partners. Smart regulation must preserve space for negotiated solutions.
