For the betterment of statistical understanding, he's actually the 4th. Matthew Lloyd also did it in addition to Franklin and Kennedy. Just because he started his streak of 70 games in 1999, it doesn't mean that we can just ignore the 61 straight games in 2000-02.

My inspiration for this is that the tournament formats allow for a lot of inconsistency in the final standings of each tournament. A lack of podium finishes doesn't mean a climber can't compete against the best. I'll have a blog post up soon covering the specifics soon.
