The car automatically sealed itself when the fire breached the security system. Fire brigade were unable to get in, needing to chainsaw off part of the bonnet. I’ve seen no investigatory report from JLR. Must be 100s of these cars on the roads. Why has this been dismissed?

5 weeks ago my Range Rover Sport spontaneously burst into flames outside my house at 4am. Case has been dismissed by @JLR_News, despite the insurance report recommending a forensic investigation. “Cars can catch fire for many reasons ... we’re not going to take this any further.”
