A weird piece of advice I'd give to anyone working on a game thats set in an abandoned place - try to incorporate concrete into your design. Concrete/Brick debri is MUCH easier to place and justify from a set dressing point of view.

The comparisons between Decima and Unreal are bizarre to anyone who has actually worked with a game engine. Proprietary engines made for single tasks are (generally) going to be more efficient at those tasks. Decima is amazing - but it has 8 games under its belt - all of them.

For game reviewers or streamers who have taken the plunge into game development - how has it changed how you look at games?.
