I worked super hard today writing my first forensic treatment report for a juvenile case study in my Criminal Psychology and Behavior class. I also completed my discussion post on Sexual Assault, Violence, and Human Sex trafficking. I feel emotionally drained.

my therapist told me "People who suffer from depression & anxiety tend to rewatch tv shows & movies all over again bc they already know what's going to happen next. Therefore, it creates a sense of comfort/safety & that's why they keep on rewatching them" FELT.
