I miss all of u! If u want to raise a lot of money in a short amount of time, take a serious look at NAMING RIGHTS. Do not give rights in perpetuity! Instead, give rights for 5, 10, 15 years & then give donor the first right to renew! Get Board's approval before moving on this!

I'm back from a wonderful writing & leisure vacation in Coronado, CA. This is an outstanding world class community. The Hotel Del Coronado, an all wood structure on the beach was built in 1888. Restaurants, swimming in the ocean, pools, and the bay is abundant. Back to work! Yes!
